Cheese Burger Skewers

Ingredients:

  • Minced Beef (1 LB)
  • Parsley (1/2 Cup)
  • Garlic (2 Cloves)
  • Onions (1/4 Cup)
  • Egg (1)
  • Bread Crumbs (1/2 Cup)
  • Evaporated Milk (1/4 Cup)
  • Allspice (1 TSP)
  • Ground Cumin (1/2 TSP)
  • Salt (1 TSP)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 TSP)
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Romain Lettuce
  • Loaf of Bread
  • Cubed Cheddar Cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Small Skewers

Directions:

  1. In a large and deep bowl, add one pound of minced beef.
  2. Chop half cup of parsley and add it to the bowl.
  3. Mince two cloves of garlic and add to the bowl.
  4. Dice a fourth of a cup of onion.
  5. Add one egg.
  6. Add half cup of breadcrumbs.
  7. Add a fourth cup of evaporated milk.
  8. Add one teaspoon of allspice.
  9. Add half teaspoon of cumin.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Combine everything and shape into meatballs. Set them on a sheet of parchment paper or just grease a pan with olive oil or pam spraying oil.
  12. Your meatballs should be bite size. So nothing bigger then 2 inches in diameter.
  13. Once you’ve shaped all of the meatballs, bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
  14. While the meatballs are cooking, cut up cherry tomatoes in half.
  15. Depending how big your cubed cheese are, cut them in half.
  16. Chop romaine lettuce (any size is fine).
  17. Take about 4 pieces of loaf bread and spread with ketchup on one side. Then cut them into squares big enough for the meatballs.
  18. When the meatballs have cooked, let them cool off for about 10 minutes.
  19. Then assemble everything. Take small skewers and start off with Bread, meatball, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Do the same for all.

Enjoy 🙂
