Chicken Lettuce Wraps



  • Ground Chicken (2 LBS)
  • Water (1/4 Cup)
  • Vegetable Oil (1 TBSP)
  • Onion (1/2 Cup)
  • Garlic (3 Cloves)
  • Tomatoes (1/2 Cup) (Cherry or regular)
  • Shredded Carrots (1/2 Cup)
  • Parsley (1/2 Cup)
  • Salt (1/4 TSP)
  • Black Pepper (1/4 TSP)
  • All Spice (1 TSP)
  • Turmeric (1/4 TSP)
  • Romaine Lettuce (Any kind of bed will work)
  • Mozzarella (For Garnish)
  • Avocado (For Garnish) 


  1. In a deep skillet, on high heat, add your ground chicken and water.
  2. Stir until water dissolves.
  3. When water has dissolved, add vegetable oil.
  4. Turn the heat to medium and add the onions and garlic. 
  5. Mix together and add salt and pepper.
  6. Turn the heat to low and add tomatoes, shredded carrots and diced parsley.
  7. To that, add allspice and turmeric. Mix everything and turn the heat off.
  8. Get romaine lettuce or any kind of deep bedded lettuce such as iceberg.
  9. Pour the mixture of chicken mix (About one serving spoon) depending on how much you prefer.
  10. Shred (garnish) mozzarella cheese over the mix.
  11. Cut up some avocado and place it on top.
