Chicken baguette



  • Rotisserie chicken (1)
  • Baguette Loaf (1)
  • Cream Cheese (4 Tablespoons)
  • Fresh Baby Spinach (1 Bunch)
  • Roasted Peppers (8 Oz Jar)


  1. Buy a ready rotisserie chicken or cook one. Take it apart and throw away all the bones and skin.
  2. Take one baguette and cut it in half. Then take out the excess bread on the inside.
  3. Add a thin layer of cream cheese. I used a tablespoon of cream cheese on each side but it’s a preference.
  4. Add baby spinach onto the cream cheese. About a handful per sandwich.
  5. Add roasted peppers. About 4 per sandwich, depending on the size.
  6. Add the cut up chicken.
  7. Close the sandwich and cut it into small pieces.
